Android Troubleshooting
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take if you are experiencing lag, freezing, or crashing issues. Follow these steps in order.
1. Check for Android updates
- Open your phone's Settings App.
- Near the bottom, tap System > Advanced > System update.
- Depending on your phone, you might need to tap About phone or About tablet > Software update.
- You'll find your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.
2. Make sure the App is up to date
- Open the Google Play Store App.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & devices.
- Under "Updates available," choose to update all apps or a specific app.
3. Force stop the App
You can usually clear an app's cache and data through your phone's Settings app. In settings, locate your installed Apps > Locate Legendary: Game of Heroes > Force Stop App

- You can usually clear an app's cache and data through your phone's Settings app. In settings, locate your installed Apps > Locate Legendary: Game of Heroes > Tap on Storage > Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Temporarily free up space when you clear cached data. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again and should be cleared regularly.
5. Sync device with Google servers
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap System > Date & Time.
- Turn off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
- Change the date and time to be incorrect.
- Turn on Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
6. Uninstall and reinstall the App
Caution: Any data saved in this App will be erased; make sure your account is Google Play Connected.
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Apps > All apps.
- Tap the App.
- Tap Uninstall > OK.
